Depending on your delivery address and product availability, orders may be shipped from warehouses in the United States, Malaysia, Australia, or directly from mainland China. Additional fulfillment locations may be added in the future.

5.1a Our fulfillment operations are carried out by third-party warehouse and logistics providers under our direction and control. We remain the seller of record and are responsible for order processing, customer service, and compliance with these Terms.

5.2 The fulfillment location for your order is determined by our system based on product inventory and your delivery address. We do not guarantee that orders will ship from any specific location, even if you are located in a country where a warehouse exists.

5.3 Estimated delivery times vary depending on the fulfillment location and destination. Typical estimates are displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.4 For orders shipped from mainland China to destinations outside Asia, delivery may take longer than orders fulfilled from regional warehouses. Please allow additional time for customs clearance and international transit.

5.5 For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5.6 Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise stated. We will provide tracking information where available.
